ArtaSense ("we," "us") is based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. ArtaSense makes Arta Buy, an AI media buying agent. This page explains what information we collect through artasense.com, why we collect it, and who we share it with.

Information we collect

When you request an Arta Buy demo, or submit a similar form elsewhere on this site, we collect:

• Your name, work email address, and company
• The type of organization you work for (for example, advertiser, in-house team, or agency)
• Your approximate monthly advertising budget

With each submission we also record when it was sent and your browser's user agent string, which helps us filter automated spam. We also collect standard technical and usage information automatically when you visit the site: pages viewed, general device and browser type, approximate location (city or region level), and how you arrived at the site (for example, which link or campaign referred you).

Cookies and similar technologies

Our homepage uses Google Analytics, which sets cookies (such as _ga) to count visits and recognize returning browsers, and BreadButter, which may use cookies or similar browser storage to attribute visits and inquiries to the channel that brought them. Our privacy policy page does not load either tool. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and Google offers a browser add-on to opt out of Google Analytics.

How we use this information

• To arrange and follow up on your Arta Buy demo, and to contact you about ArtaSense and its products
• To send you a confirmation email and, internally, to notify our team of new submissions
• To understand aggregate site usage and which channels bring visitors who go on to request a demo
• To improve this website

We do not sell personal information, and we do not use your submission to train any model or product without telling you first.

Who we share it with

We use a small number of service providers to run this site and process submissions. Each processes data only on our behalf, for the purposes above:

• Airtable – stores form submissions
• Resend – sends the confirmation email to you and the notification email to our team
• Google Analytics – site usage analytics
• BreadButter – visitor and lead attribution (helping us understand which channels bring qualified inquiries)

How long we keep it

We keep form submissions and related records for as long as reasonably necessary to arrange your demo, follow up with you, and manage our business relationship, or until you ask us to delete them.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the information we hold about you at any time by emailing hello@artasense.com. You can also limit analytics tracking using your browser's privacy settings or an ad-blocking extension.
